Hand and foot care tips: Exfoliation and Hydration!


Sometimes, people are careless with others, as well as with ourselves. The hands and feet are parts of the body to which many times we do not give enough importance.
Of the feet we usually remember when they hurt us, when we see them very dry or only when we teach them in times of heat. From the hands we try to take care of our nails, but in general we never give them as much care as the rest of the body.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO KEEP CARING FOR OUR HANDS AND FEET?

Maintaining your hands and feet is something that will make us feel better during our day-to-day. It is true that we will not always have someone to tell us how beautiful these parts of our body are, but if there are women and men fanatics of the hands and feet it is for something.






In all cultures, especially in Latinas, this part is usually given a lot of importance. In fact there are mothers who tell their daughters that with keeping these two parts taken care of they will be able to get any man in their life.


CARE OF HANDS AND FEET: EXFOLIATION AND HYDRATION

To offer a good hydration to our skin we must first clean it with an emulsion, and then apply a peel, and then moisturize it with love.
Exfoliation cleans the skin of cells that prevent it from functioning properly and looks younger and fresher. It also makes it more receptive to the action of moisturizers, and controls the appearance of pimples and blackheads.
Hydration refreshes and relaxes our hands and feet, providing all the water you need to look healthy. When moisturizing it is important to bear in mind that this can be done in two ways: one from the outside, and another from the inside, adopting the habit of drinking more than eight glasses of water per day, since water is the main element of hydration.


HOME EXFOLIANT FOR CARE OF HANDS AND FEET

Ingredients

  • Oil of grapes.
  • Coconut oil.
  • Brown sugar.
  • Vanilla extract.
  • Cinnamon powder.
In a bowl or lunch box you can store the mixture, so you can keep it up to a month.
Mix 2/5 of grape oil in the bowl where you are going to prepare it, add the same amount of coconut oil as the grapes and mix it. Then add 1/5 of brown sugar, if you see that it is little add something else. It includes a jet of vanilla extract and two tablespoons of cinnamon. Mix everything well.
After massaging the area where you have applied it, put on some plastic gloves or bags, leave for about fifteen minutes and wash with water at room temperature.


MOISTURIZER HOME FOR CARE OF HANDS AND FEET

Ingredients

  • Oil of grapes.
  • Almonds oil.
  • Chamomile oil.
  • Sesame oil.
  • Oil of rosehip.
  • Vanilla.
  • The essence of cinnamon.
  • Water of roses.
Mix a stream of all the oils and 1/4 of rose-water. Apply it in a pot with spray. To make it more effective, use plastic bags to absorb the oils better.
